About Us

Deby Perez Vainstok


Deby is a specialist in psychiatry and has held the position of senior consultant since 2001. She received her medical degree from the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán in Argentina, where she also completed her specialist training in psychiatry. She has over 20 years of experience as a senior psychiatrist in both the public and private sectors.

In 2017, Deby moved to Norway and has since worked in the public healthcare system. She has broad experience in both acute and general psychiatry across multiple countries. Deby has also supervised medical students and doctors undergoing specialist training in psychiatry.

She has extensive experience with ADHD and comorbid disorders, including rapid ADHD assessments. Deby is a member of the Norwegian Medical Association and the Norwegian Psychiatric Association.

Kenneth Hovda


Kenneth is a psychiatric nurse from Haugesund. He graduated from Oslo University College in 2009 and has worked in acute psychiatry in Norway since 2003. In 2010, he completed his training as a clinical nurse specialist at the acute psychiatric department at Ullevål Hospital, where he also served as deputy department head. Since 2011, he has held leadership positions within the public healthcare system.

He has particular expertise in the assessment, follow-up, and treatment of individuals with ADHD.

Through his work, Kenneth has developed extensive knowledge of how ADHD affects daily life, relationships, and mental health.
