Cancellation / No-Show Policy

The full consultation fee will be charged for appointments canceled or missed less than 48 hours (2 working days) before the scheduled time, as well as for no-shows—regardless of the reason (including documented illness).
Appointments on Mondays and Tuesdays must be canceled no later than 12:00 noon the preceding Thursday.

• Express Package: For this package, 50% of the fee will be charged for cancellations or no-shows less than 4 days before the scheduled time—regardless of the reason (including illness).

Cancellations must be done at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations can be made via email. If the cancellation is not submitted within the deadline or the patient does not attend the scheduled consultation, the full fee will be charged.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice will be considered a no-show.

Please remember: You may be eligible for an ADHD assessment through the public healthcare system.

Consultation

Each consultation lasts 50 minutes. The fee includes preparatory and follow-up work such as scheduling, documentation, brief written summaries, medical certificates, e-prescriptions, and discharge summaries if applicable.

The fee does not include email/phone consultations, extensive documentation (e.g., reports for social security, insurance claims, sick leave documentation, prescription renewals, etc.).

After your consultation(s), you may send questions via email regarding your assessment or diagnosis.
For questions related to medication, you must book a separate appointment.

Payment

You will receive an SMS with a payment link, where you can choose to pay by card. Payment by invoice is also possible. The full amount must be paid.
If you choose to pay by invoice and fail to meet the payment deadline, a first reminder will be sent. If payment is still not received, up to three additional reminders will follow via Digipost. If the total of four reminders goes unpaid, the case will be sent to a debt collection agency.

Non-Payment: If payment is not received, medical certificates or discharge summaries containing the results of your assessment will not be provided.

You cannot receive ADHD assessment or treatment with us if you have:

• A current or past severe mental disorder

• Mental and behavioral disorders related to substance abuse

• An ongoing treatment process in the public healthcare system

• An acute suicide risk
